By creating an account or using ghost.co you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

You may export or delete your account and data at any time from your dashboard.

You agree not to use ghost.co to:

• break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
• harass, threaten, impersonate or defraud others;
• upload malware, phishing content or illegal material;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• scrape or resell the service without permission.

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us the limited licence we need to host, display and deliver it. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to everything you upload, including fonts and music.

ghost.co is free except for five optional premium feature categories. Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms. The platform owner may manage staff roles, badges and platform settings.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
